Angela Elbert And Marcia Owens Named in the "Top 100 Women Making a Difference"by Today's Chicago Woman Magazine
Angela Elbert Partner, Neal Gerber Eisenbe rg Insurance Policyholder and Litigation Practice Groups Angela Elbert focuses her practice on advising organizations and boards on risk management issues, and is experienced in handling complex insurance coverage litigation, mediations and arbitrations. Ms. Elbert devotes her time to various women’s initiatives, including NGE’s Women’s Network, Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law Firms and Step Up Women’s Network. In 2010, she was named one of Law Bulletin Publishing Company’s 40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch.
Marcia Owens Partner, Wildman, Harrold , Allen & Dixon LLP. As a partner at Wildman Harrold, Marcia Owens chairs the Women’s Initiative and is a member in the Business Transactions Department, and represents clients in commercial real estate. Ms. Owens serves as a trustee for the Kohl Children’s Museum and secretary of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law Firms. She received the 2011 Alta May Hulett Award from The Chicago Bar Association, which recognizes a female lawyer who has contributed to the advancement of women and practices at the highest level of professional achievement.
